SAP S4 IT Cluster Manager

Siemens Energy Digital Process Transformation (DPT) offers an exciting opportunity to join the S4E Unify transformation program as SAP S/4 IT Cluster Manager (S4E Program). S4E is deploying a unified SAP S/4HANA platform and global process template across the organization. The role is accountable for the successful end-to-end IT rollout within an assigned cluster, ensuring that in-scope processes and localization requirements are implemented in line with the overall rollout roadmap, governance model, quality standards and timelines.

Working in close partnership with the Business Cluster Manager, the successful candidate will lead the Cluster Rollout Team and act as the IT point of accountability for rollout delivery. The role coordinates central, business area and local rollout teams, translates program objectives into an executable cluster plan, secures resources and budget transparency, manages risks and dependencies, and keeps stakeholders informed. The SAP S4 IT Cluster Manager (S4E Program) steers the Cluster Rollout Team (S4) and collaborates with the Business Cluster Manager, Central Rollout Team, Business Area Rollout Team and the local rollout teams within the assigned cluster. You will be responsible for the following:

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ownand drive the successful end-to-end implementation of the assigned clusterrollout, including in-scope processesand localization requirements, together with the BusinessCluster Manager.
• Developand maintain an integrated rollout plan at cluster and local level,aligned with the overall S4E rollout roadmap, milestones and qualitygates.
• SupportRollout Program Management in defining and executing the overall Unifyrollout plan, safeguarding implementation timelines, dependencies anddelivery commitments.
• Planand manage IT rollout resources across the cluster and ensure thatpreparation activities begin on time.
• Plan,monitor and report the cluster project budget and financial statustogether with the Business Cluster Manager.
• Managethe end-to-end implementation of localization requirementstogether with the Business Cluster Manager and relevant template, businessand solution owners.
• Trackprogress against milestones and deliverables, maintain transparent statusreporting, and update project information, reports and quality-gateevidence in ENow.
• Identifyrisks, issues and dependencies early, define mitigation measures, andescalate critical matters to Rollout program Management whenrequired.
• Identifykey cluster stakeholders, build strong relationships and engage projectambassadors to promote the S4E program and upcoming rollouts.
• Conductregular governance and status meetings to communicate progress, decisions,risks and issues across cluster rollouts.
• Leadand coordinate the Cluster Rollout Team to enable a smooth transition tothe new S4E template and consistent execution across local rolloutteams.

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalentcombination of education and experience.
• Extensiveexperience leading complex IT, ERP, SAP or large-scale transformationprogram in a global, multi-site and matrix environment.
• StrongSAP background, ideally including SAP S/4HANA rollout, templatedeployment, localization and integration experience.
• Provenexpertise in integrated project planning, resource and budget management,governance, quality gates, risk management and executive reporting.
• Demonstratedability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate central, businessarea and local delivery organizations as well as externalpartners.
• Strongunderstanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability totranslate technical topics into clear business impacts, decisions andactions.
• Excellentstakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and communicationskills, with confidence engaging senior management and programleadership.
• Structured,results-oriented and proactive working style, with sound judgement undertime pressure and the ability to manage multiple dependencies.
• Highlevel of integrity and discretion when handling confidential program,financial and organizational information.
• Willingnessto travel as required by the rollout schedule.
• Languages: FluentEnglish; German or additional languages relevant to the assigned clusterare an advantage.
