Job description

Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer in Poole to deliver hands-on IT support across Microsoft 365, servers, and networking. You will escalate and resolve incidents, work with a growing team, and participate in documentation and knowledge-base creation.

Requirements

The role requires at least 2 years on an IT helpdesk, with MS 365 proficiency and the potential to gain SC clearance. A strong emphasis is placed on collaboration, learning, and career development within a forward-thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr
