Background in open-source software development and cloud integrations

Experience cleaning up, migrating, and developing SharePoint/InfoPath solutions

Passion for onsite, daily collaboration with a motivated, supportive team

Ability to deliver creative solutions-even when things get messy, 5+ years of software development experience in backend or full-stack environments. Strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET, and Python in enterprise application development. Experience developing or integrating solutions that rely on open-source technologies and cloud services. Proven ability to work with SharePoint, including migration, cleanup, customization, or form modernization efforts. Comfortable working onsite daily in Des Moines, Iowa and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver practical solutions in evolving environments.
