Full stack Java Developer with AI

As a Full Stack Java Developer with AI, your challenge is to design, develop, and support next-generation enterprise applications that seamlessly integrate traditional full-stack development with Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI capabilities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and intelligent applications. Leveraging expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, REST APIs, Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Cloud Technologies, you will deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes., * Build AI-enabled business applications by integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models into enterprise workflows.

• Develop intelligent assistants, chatbots, and AI-powered automation solutions to improve business productivity.
• Implement RAG-based solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories and vector databases.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and Data Scientists to deploy machine learning and Generative AI models within enterprise applications.
• Create and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and agent interactions to improve response quality and business relevance.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Standups.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain application quality and promote knowledge sharing.
• Integrate applications with cloud services, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-release validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and AI-related issues across environments.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are incorporated into all solution designs.

• Minimum 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Full Stack Java development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
• Strong front-end development experience using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Redux.
• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications using modern software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
• Experience developing AI-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Banking and Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
