As our MSAT Bio Industrialization and Data Analytics Lead, you will drive the development of advanced data solutions, automation initiatives, and industrialization strategies that support commercial biologics manufacturing. You will help transform complex data into actionable insights, improve process performance, and identify innovative technologies that enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement.

Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a team that brings together process scientists, engineers, data specialists, and digital experts dedicated to advancing biologics manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with development, manufacturing, quality, and technology teams across multiple sites while helping shape future capabilities through innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement industrialization strategies to support manufacturing technology lifecycle management and operational excellence.
  • Create data analytics and visualization solutions that improve process monitoring and enable proactive decision making.
  • Lead and coach industrialization and analytics specialists, fostering collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Design automation tools that reduce manual activities and improve efficiency across scientific and operational processes.
  • Partner with digital, technology, and business teams to develop scalable solutions and harmonized ways of working.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative and industrially viable manufacturing technologies that address future business and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in biologics manufacturing, process development, industrialization, or scientific data analytics.
  • Experience developing analytical, automation, or data visualization solutions using programming tools and modern analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments and process technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
