Within the dynamic world of media and marketing, a massive amount of data flows through our systems daily. As a Data Analytics Manager (Medior BI Developer / Data Analyst) in our Data Infra & Ops (DIO) team, you are the essential link converting this complex raw data (from Google, Meta, TikTok, ad servers, CRM, and more) into crystal-clear, scalable, and visually impressive Power BI solutions.
You will land right in the heart of our data operations. Together with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners, you will build at an enterprise level. Where the engineers ensure the data lands in our Snowflake data warehouse (via Adverity), you take the baton: modeling, building, and visualizing. You create dashboards that directly impact the strategies of the worldâs largest brands., * Dashboarding & Visualization: Independently design and develop interactive, high-impact Power BI dashboards for both our internal media experts and (inter)national clients.
- Data Modeling & Coding: Build robust data models and write efficient code (SQL and advanced DAX) on top of our Snowflake data warehouse.
- Translating Requirements: In close collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders, you translate abstract business and client needs into concrete, technical BI solutions (user stories).
- Project Ownership: Take responsibility for your own projects, manage your deadlines, and safeguard our high quality standards and agreed âDefinition of Doneâ.
- Consultancy & Support: Advise internal teams and clients on the optimal use of data and reporting solutions, proactively sharing your expertise.
Requirements
You are a solution-oriented builder who doesnât easily panic when facing a complex dataset. You understand that a dashboard is only truly effective when the end-user immediately sees what action to take., * A completed Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree (preferably in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field).
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role as a BI Developer or Data Analyst.
- Must-haves: Strong, proven programming and modeling experience in Power BI, DAX, and SQL. Furthermore, you understand the importance of BI storytelling and UX-optimized solutions.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with cloud data warehouses (such as Snowflake) and data integration tools (such as Adverity). Knowledge of the marketing and media landscape is a major plus.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, the courage to challenge stakeholders, and the ability to manage expectations like a pro.
