Job description
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Front-End Developer to join our London team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who loves building modern, fast, and beautifully designed websites and digital experiences.
You’ll work closely with our design, strategy, AI, and marketing teams to turn ideas into engaging digital products, campaign landing pages, dashboards, websites, and interactive experiences.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing websites.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect web experiences.
- Build landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Assist with developing client websites and internal platforms.
- Work alongside designers to create engaging user experiences.
- Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
- Debug issues and improve existing projects.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices.
- Learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and AI development tools.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with React.
- Responsive web design experience.
- Git and GitHub.
- Good eye for design and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for learning and improving.
Nice to Have
- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- TypeScript
- Framer
- WordPress
- Animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion)
- Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, or Netlify deployments.

Salary
£25,000-£30,000 per year (depending on experience).
Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
