Senior IT Cloud Engineer

Our client, a dynamic IT solutions provider, is currently seeking a Senior IT Cloud Engineer. In this role, you will be a part of a dedicated customer team, assisting with complex IT queries, incident resolution, and requests for modifications. Responsibilities also include managing the Microsoft (Office) 365 environment, platform management, firewalls, and connections., Managing Microsoft (Office) 365 environment and platform.

• Troubleshooting for customers and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

• Optimizing management processes and prioritizing problems effectively.

Minimum 5 years of operational experience in the IT sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft (Office) 365, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and remote tooling.

• ITIL and Microsoft certified, other relevant certifications are welcome.

• Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English is an asset.

• Excellent team player with the ability to make independent decisions.

• Customer-focused and open to giving and receiving feedback., Note: Proficiency in Dutch is a requirement for this role.

Competitive salary: 58.320 75.168 per annum

• Holiday allowance: 8%

Working Conditions

• Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
