Job description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our dynamic team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our in-house information systems.
  • This includes monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all server hardware, software, and associated operating systems., * Provide technical leadership in driving resolution to incidents/issues and meeting SLAs. Ensure solutions meet SLAs for a given design/solution.
  • Attend team meetings and promptly respond to team communications, providing timely updates on assignment statuses.
  • Understand the infrastructure layout for applications and the various teams supporting the infrastructure and operational processes., Key Aspects of the Role:
  • Technical lead in driving resolution to incident/issues and meet SLAs.
  • Ensuring solutions are meeting SLAs for a given design/solution.

Day-to-Day Expectations:

  • Attend team meetings, promptly respond to team communication, proper communication on assignment status.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System deployment?, * Unix: Strong experience working in Unix/Linux environments and commands.

  • Java-based Middleware: Experience supporting middleware applications built on Java technologies (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, etc.).
  • MQ: Messaging Queue technologies like IBM MQ or message brokers.
  • Databases: Ability to work with databases, likely SQL-based systems.
  • SRE (Orchestration, CI/CD): Site Reliability Engineering experience including:
  • Automation/orchestration tools
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Deployment and operational reliability
