Job description

Salesforce Architecture: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSL
Lead end-to-end solution design & development
Conduct org health checks & platform assessments
Drive Design & Discovery sessions + Well-Architected Framework adoption
Translate business requirements ? scalable Salesforce solutions
Lead POCs and validate technical feasibility
Enforce Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC)
Ensure security, compliance, performance standards
Provide technical leadership & mentorship
Support high-availability Tier 2 systems (24/7 operations)
Oversee system integration across platforms & partners
Drive impact analysis for regulatory/business changes

Requirements

Do you have experience in System tuning?, * 5+ years: Requirements Gathering & Analysis (Business + Technical)

CI/CD Pipelines: Pipeline-as-Code, Branching Strategies, Automated Testing/Code Review
Salesforce Certification (REQUIRED)
5+ years hands-on: Salesforce, SQL, Java, Web Services
DevOps Practices: Automated builds, regression/smoke testing, multi-environment deployments
Oracle SQL: Query development + performance tuning
Agile Methodologies (5+ years)
Strong technical communication (technical + non-technical audiences)
System troubleshooting & technical leadership
