We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance on security strategies, risk management, and security program development. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will work closely with clients to assess their security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and design and implement effective security solutions to mitigate risk. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects, helping organizations enhance their security posture and stay protected against emerging cyber threats.

You will be responsible for:

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments for clients, identifying vulnerabilities, risks, and gaps in their existing security posture.
• Provide expert advice on security frameworks, policies,

• Develop implement tailored cybersecurity strategies, solutions, and plans based on the client’s specific needs and goals.
• Assist clients in selecting, deploying, and configuring security tools, including firewalls, SIEM systems, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption solutions.
• Offer guidance on incident response planning and help clients develop and implement effective incident response protocols.
• Support clients with compliance efforts, including understanding and adhering to industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, …and security frameworks (ISO K, PCI-DSS, NIST, …).
• Lead the creation and implementation of security policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure that organizations remain compliant and well-prepared for potential threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and advise clients on emerging risks and solutions.
• Provide ongoing security monitoring and to clients, ensuring theyremain informed of their security posture and any potential issues.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure smooth implementation of cybersecurity strategies and drive continuous improvement.

• Good knowledge of French OR Dutch (verbally AND written) AND English
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of Hashicorp technology.
