Test Coordinator Service

Test Coordinator with strong experience in coordinating end-to-end testing activities across enterprise applications in Agile environments. Responsible for defining test strategies, managing test planning and execution, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Works closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both business and technical expectations. Drives continuous improvement, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality governance while supporting successful project delivery., * Define End-to-End (E2E) testing objectives, strategy, and approach aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate comprehensive test plans that support both product and overall project objectives.
• Coordinate Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple Agile teams.
• Work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities, communicating progress, risks, issues, and quality status.
• Ensure adequate test coverage across all testing phases while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
• Lead and structure test data preparation across the System Under Test (SUT) and integrated systems while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
• Monitor defect lifecycle, coordinate defect resolution with development teams, and track testing progress.
• Identify testing risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Aggregate, analyze, and communicate testing results, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for Go/No-Go decisions based on testing outcomes, open defects, and quality trends.
• Participate actively in QA Chapter initiatives, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Support Agile teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle by ensuring quality assurance best practices are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes, methodologies, and overall software quality., * Work on strategic enterprise transformation initiatives within a collaborative Agile environment.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple products and cross-functional teams.
• Play a key role in ensuring software quality and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with experienced Program Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA professionals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help shape QA best practices across the organization.

• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator, Test Lead, Test Manager, or Senior QA Engineer in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated experience in defining comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) Test Strategies and Test Plans.
• Hands-on experience coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Strong experience coordinating Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), and System Integration Testing.
• Good understanding of Non-Functional Testing requirements, including performance, security, and data quality testing.
• Experience assessing test scope and ensuring complete test coverage across complex enterprise applications.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the confidence to challenge existing approaches.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts including:
• APIs
• Web Services
• Frontend & Backend Applications
• Client/Server Architecture
• Communication Protocols
• Enterprise Application Integration
• Experience with defect lifecycle management and quality reporting.
• Experience supporting release readiness and Go/No-Go decision processes.
• Fluent English (Mandatory).
• Fluent French or Dutch (Mandatory)., * Experience coordinating testing across multiple Agile teams or large transformation programs.
• Experience with Test Data Management.
• Exposure to QA Governance and Quality Assurance Communities of Practice (QA Chapter).
• Knowledge of Banking, Utilities, Energy, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of API testing, microservices, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience with risk-based testing methodologies.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent testing certification.
