Solution Data Architect

Solution Data Architect with strong experience in designing enterprise data architectures, integration solutions, and modern data platforms. Responsible for defining scalable, secure, and future-proof architecture aligned with enterprise standards, business objectives, and governance principles.The role focuses on supporting enterprise digital transformation by designing data-centric solutions based on Data Mesh principles, API-driven integrations, event-driven architectures, and cloud technologies while collaborating closely with Product Teams, Architects, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders., * Design enterprise Solution and Data Architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.

• Provide architectural guidance to Product Owners, Product Managers, and delivery teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application, integration, and data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Governance, and Technology standards.
• Support Data Product Teams in defining information domains and data products.
• Define Conceptual, Logical, Canonical, and Transversal Data Models.
• Design enterprise integration solutions using APIs, messaging technologies, and event-driven architectures.
• Support implementation of Data Mesh principles, including domain ownership and data as a product.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architecture decisions and technology choices.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, System Architects, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support engineering teams in designing robust, scalable, and future-proof solutions.
• Facilitate architectural discussions and validate technical decisions.
• Contribute to architecture governance, standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation across architecture teams.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Data Architect.
• Strong experience designing enterprise data architectures.
• Experience with cloud and on-premise data integration architectures.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Experience designing API-based integrations.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and Messaging Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Conceptual, Logical, and Canonical Data Modeling.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with Data Mesh principles and Data Products.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
• Knowledge of Big Data and Data Lake architectures.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate architecture workshops and technical discussions.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French., * Experience with Collibra Data Catalog.
• Experience with Metadata Management platforms.
• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, or ATAM.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Catalog solutions.
• Exposure to Energy, Utilities, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native data platforms.
• Familiarity with Architecture Governance frameworks.
