Job description

The job holder supports the corresponding team lead in all activities of the department and ensures active participation in the daily business of her/his functional responsibility.

Major Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support.
  • Implementation of SAP MM including customization.
  • Control of change requests and define requirements for the developers.
  • Optimization of the existing SAP MM Processes.
  • Support mobile solutions and implementation of new functionality.
  • Coordination and collaboration with external consultants
  • First and Second Level-Support
  • User training and documentation
  • Analyzing and optimizing logistic processes, purchase order, and requisition.
  • Analyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementations.
  • Identify feasible solutions, create concepts, and provide effort estimations.
  • Support MM and interfaces.
  • Business consulting for purchasing department

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP MM module
  • Experiences with mobile solutions (Mobisys knowledge are welcome).
  • Experiences in, at least, one other logistic SAP Module (QM, SD, or PP)
  • German language (written and oral) minimum at B1 level
  • English language (written and oral) minimum at B1 level
  • ABAP knowledge is welcome
  • Knowledge about interfaces and IDOCs is needed
  • Good experiences in process modeling and design.
  • SAP, MS Office Tools, Microsoft Outlook
