SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead a high profile digital transformation programme across 15 European countries. This is a unique opportunity to drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, delivering a future ready ERP platform across a complex multinational environment.

Working closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping operations and best practices throughout the organisation., * Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across 15 European countries.

• Develop and execute a multi-country rollout strategy.
• Coordinate cross functional business and technology teams.
• Drive adoption of a global template.
• Manage external consulting partners, and SAP delivery teams.
• Support organisational change management, training strategies, and user adoption initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local European regulatory, tax, and localization requirements.
• Monitor programme KPIs and milestones
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations.

• 5-10+ years of SAP project or programme management experience.
• Proven success leading large scale, multinational SAP implementations across Europe.
• Experience delivering multi-country ERP rollouts.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
• Strong system integrator management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication.
• Ability to manage complex workstreams and multiple international stakeholders simultaneously.
