Front End Developer - Tradesyncer (NL) (Trading Platform)(Utilising AI daily)

You own the front end end to end, both the user application traders live in every day and the management systems we run the company on. React + TypeScript, the design system and component library, and real-time WebSocket UIs where dashboards and account states update live. You take features from idea to shipped, including the last 10% of polish that makes them feel right, and when the funnel needs a lift, you instrument it, run the A/B tests, and prove it with data.

We build AI-first, and that’s mandatory. Cursor is our editor and Claude is in the loop from planning to review, every day. • A real eye for hierarchy, motion and spacing, plus hands-on UI/UX experience with measurable lifts.
• In or near Amsterdam; comfortable in Dutch or English. Nice to have: data-dense real-time UIs, Next.js, an interest in trading.
