Job description

  • You will help design and implement automated security system tests in our Python-based integration testing framework.
  • Furthermore, you contribute to our Yocto-based integration toolchain.
  • In addition, you support improving system configuration from a security perspective by providing reviews and suggestions.
  • Moreover, you assist other developers to understand basic and advanced security concepts such as POSIX permissions, seccomp filters or SELinux.
  • You will also help to write and debug C++ library and service code for our ARM-based ECUs.
  • Additionally, you gain hands-on experience with AI coding assistant tools and explore their benefits and limitations.

Requirements

  • Studies in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working with Linux on the terminal.
  • Basic understanding of Linux security features.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with C++ and/or Rust is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of distro building and Yocto is appreciated but not expected.
  • Good English skills.
