Solutions Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect to play a key role in the design and evolution of a mission-critical platform. You’ll be responsible for shaping secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions, ensuring architecture aligns with business objectives, operational needs, and security best practices.

Working across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams, you’ll provide technical leadership throughout the full solution life cycle from architecture and design through to implementation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Produce and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Define architecture standards, design principles, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable by applying Security by Design principles.
• Review and govern technical solutions, providing architectural guidance across multiple projects.
• Drive improvements in Identity & Access Management (IAM), RBAC, logging, monitoring, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, operations, and security teams to deliver robust, future-proof solutions.

• 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role.
• Proven track record designing complex enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Strong experience creating HLDs, LLDs, and technical architecture documentation.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking, infrastructure, application integration, and security architecture.
• Experience implementing Security by Design principles.
• Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Experience working within Agile and/or DevOps environments.

Desirable

• Experience mission-critical systems.
• Public sector, transportation, or smart mobility experience.
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
• CISSP, SABSA, or other security certifications.
