Job description

As a Software Developer specializing in Web Development, the candidate will lead the design and execution of a front-end development strategy that supports SPA’s Integrated Program Execution (IPE) analytics platform. Will manage this strategy by coordinating with functional area leads, overseeing schedules, engaging stakeholders, documenting and delegating tasks, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews. The candidate will also develop essential software modules, components, API integrations, and reports to advance the IPE initiative. Additionally, will validate the system by creating and executing test plans, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure technical quality and suitability. This position requires a self-motivated professional capable of driving both strategic and hands-on development efforts.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in developing Web applications.
  • 7+ years of experience with Web scripting languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience working with Git for Source Control Management.
  • Able to work onsite in Alexandria, VA, up to full-time based upon client needs.
  • Active DoW Secret clearance.

Desired:

  • 10 years of experience in developing software applications.
