Job description

Assist with staging and configuration of routers, switches, and servers
Perform basic hardware installation, cabling, and rack/stack tasks
Execute standard test procedures and record results
Identify and escalate hardware or connectivity issues
Assist with server audits, imaging, and data erasure processes
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Follow all lab procedures and quality standards

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
Must have or be working toward one of the following:
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking
