Job description
As a Senior Manager within our AI & Data team, with a focus on CPG and Retail (Consumer Business), you are a trusted expert in the sector. You play a pivotal role in accelerating the AI transition and shaping the future of the consumer business by leveraging Agentic AI, data, and digital innovation.
You will work on some of the most complex and impactful challenges at the core of the industry, including AI Strategy, Data Management and Agentic AI implementation. Your engagements span across critical topics such as revenue growth management, supply chain optimization, sustainability and consumer intelligence.
With a dedicated focus on Retail/CPG you will lead multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte, act as a key advisor to senior client stakeholders and drive business development. You combine strategic insight with hands on leadership of transformation programs and strong relationship management to help clients realize their ambitions. Together with your team, you deliver innovative, scalable, and sustainable Data/AI solutions that contribute directly to the future of consumer business.
How do you do this?
- Trusted sector expert: Act as a recognised CPG & Retail authority, shaping the future of the consumer business through Agentic AI, data and digital innovation.
- Accelerate AI adoption: Lead AI strategy, Agentic AI implementation and enterprise data management to fast-track clients’ AI transition.
- Tackle core industry challenges: Deliver solutions across revenue growth management, supply-chain optimisation, sustainability and consumer intelligence.
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery: Head cross-functional teams across Deloitte, providing hands-on leadership for complex transformation programmes.
- Advise and grow client relationships: Serve as a key advisor to senior client stakeholders and drive business development to win strategic accounts.
- Build scalable, sustainable solutions: Combine strategic insight with execution to deliver innovative, scalable Data/AI solutions that realise client ambitions.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business analytics, data science, AI or other STEM related.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in consulting and the Retail/CPG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Retail/CPG market and technological trends.
- In-depth knowledge of AI, Data Science, Data Management, and Data Analytics.
- Knowledge of major AI/Data platforms such as Azure, AWS and Databricks.
- A strong network within the Retail/CPG sector.
- Excellent relationship builder and have the ability to be a trusted guide for our clients in challenging times.
- Experience with commercial processes and closing contracts.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English (and preferably Dutch).
