Scrum Master

We’re looking to add talented Scrum Masters to our database for contract opportunities that could support agile teams in delivering high-impact projects. Scrum Masters of this type could facilitate delivery coordination, remove blockers and drive continuous improvement across distributed, fast-moving technical environments., * Facilitating agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, sprint planning, refinement sessions)

• Removing blockers and impediments to support team velocity and delivery momentum
• Coaching teams on agile practices, mindset and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with stakeholders across technical and business functions to maintain delivery alignment
• Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement and user story creation workflows
• Tracking delivery performance, reporting on progress and identifying improvement opportunities
• Contributing to agile adoption initiatives within the programme or organisation, Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role:

• Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting team delivery in a Scrum Master capacity
• Understanding of agile practices, sprint cycles, backlog management and team coaching principles
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remove blockers and facilitate problem-solving
• Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery or multi-workstream coordination
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in project delivery or agile environments
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
