Job description

  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from concept and implementation to production, operations, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute across the full stack, with a particular focus on backend development, system integrations, and eCommerce functionality.
  • Lead bringing DevOps knowledge and operational ownership into the team by improving deployment processes, monitoring, reliability, and maintainability, in collaboration with our Technical Platform Team (“You build it, you run it”).
  • Work closely with the Product Manager and UX to challenge ideas, clarify requirements, refine solutions, and deliver meaningful value for customers and the business.
  • Bring structure and a pragmatic engineering perspective to evolving priorities, technical challenges, and unclear requirements.
  • Mentor and support less experienced colleagues and help strengthen shared engineering practices across Public Properties.
  • Contribute actively to our product-oriented engineering culture, focusing on sustainable solutions and real customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with production operations, deployment processes, observability, monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, product-oriented teams.
  • A proactive and pragmatic mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to take technical and operational ownership.
