The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: What you’ll do
- In this central role, you will act as the interface between our clients and internal teams
- As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end software integration projects, ensuring high-quality client relationships, successful project execution, and the alignment of business needs with our functional solutions

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle

Understand, analyze, and challenge business requirements

Ensure regular and proactive follow-up with all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Advise clients on best practices for software utilization
- Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and propose suitable solutions

Prepare and lead project committees and steering committees, providing formal reports

Integration Project Management
-
Lead software integration projects from scoping to go-live

Define and monitor schedules, budgets, workloads and resources

Coordinate internal teams: Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Developers, Architects, Testers, etc.

Supervise key phases: Scoping, specifications, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support

Identify and manage risks, dependencies and project trade-offs

Guarantee deliverable quality, commitment fulfillment and client satisfaction

Provide reliable and regular reporting to management and clients

Functional Expertise and Software Integration

Analyze the fit between client business needs and the software’s functional coverage

Perform functional gap analyses and provide clear recommendations (configuration, process adaptation, or specific developments)

Master the solution’s functional scope to effectively guide client choices

Present software features, explaining benefits as well as potential limitations
- Ensure global consistency between client business processes and deployed modules, * Contribute to high-impact projects in the field of smart mobility

Requirements
- Education: Higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent
- Experience: At least 8 years in IT project management, with a significant focus on software integration
- Client Focus: Proven experience in managing client relationships for complex projects
- Methodology: Strong command of project management principles and methods
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct gap analyses and manage trade-offs between product standards, configuration and custom development
- Communication: Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, facilitation and coordination
- Team Spirit: Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple topics in parallel
- Attributes: Organized, rigorous, autonomous and result-oriented
- Mobility: Availability for occasional travel
- Languages: Professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential. German is a plus
