Analysis of the Nidec products on the market and their improvement or adaptation according to customer and market needs.
Continuous comparison of Nidec products with regard to standards and guidelines
Adjustments to the products with regard to cost optimization (VA/VE).
Customer meetings to support sales.
Clarification of technical queries about Nidec products.
Close cooperation with the hardware and software development to improve the products and troubleshoot
Analysis of system logs and field data for troubleshooting
Supporting customers with commissioning and troubleshooting Nidec products
Supports and contributes to the design and construction of innovative and patentable solutions for next generation SSB products, with improved characteristics over current solutions.
Accompaniment of complex root cause analysis, if necessary with the involvement of external bodies.
Carry out tests on the system prototypes.
Analyze third-party products.
support the technical key account support of the products.
Defining and coordinating the technical requirements / e.g. specifications for the assigned development tasks
Support for the continuous update of the product documentation.
Supervision of field trials and FATs
Support in clarifying component discontinuations and component availability.
Testing of new components, required by discontinuation or VA/VE measures

Activities with difficult tasks that are completed independently and require an overview of connections with adjacent areas of activity. Knowledge and/or skills are required, as they are acquired through a completed technical college education (e.g. bachelor’s degree with final examination or technical college diploma) without professional experience. This knowledge and/or skills can also be acquired in other ways.
