Job description
- Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
- Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Notebooks und mobilen Endgeräten
- Installation, Administration und Wartung von Servern sowie Windows- und Linux-Systemen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten IT-Infrastruktur
- Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
- Unterstützung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender im IT-Support
- Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Einsatz und Administration von Virtualisierungs- und Cloud-Technologien
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
- Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten sowie schrittweise Übernahme eigenverantwortlicher Aufgaben
Requirements
- guten mittleren Bildungsabschluss oder (Fach-) Abitur
- Interesse an Informationstechnologie sowie an Hard- und Software
- Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Lösen von Problemen
- Logisches und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
