Job description
The SFDC Manager will lead the delivery, administration, enhancement, and support of the organization’s Salesforce platform.
This role will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and Salesforce partners to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs and Salesforce best practices., * Lead Salesforce projects, enhancements, support, and platform improvements.
- Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce architecture, configuration, security, integrations, and data management.
- Manage Salesforce priorities, roadmaps, defects, technical debt, and production support.
- Lead Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, BAs, and external partners.
- Manage Salesforce vendors and implementation partners, including delivery and timelines.
- Oversee Salesforce testing, releases, deployments, and change management.
- Ensure effective integration with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Improve platform adoption, performance, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and priorities to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including implementation, development, administration, or platform management.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce teams and enterprise initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, security, integrations, and data models.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience managing Salesforce partners and distributed technical teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce SDLC, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills., * Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Architect.
- Experience with Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar integration platforms.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Experience leading Salesforce modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives.
- Agile delivery and vendor-management experience.
