Docker / Kubernetes, The developer will support and enhance a mission-critical telecommunications operations platform that has been in production for approximately 10 years. The role involves both legacy modernization and new feature development, working across backend services, modern frontend applications, production troubleshooting, testing, code reviews, and technical improvements., * Design, develop, test, and maintain features for a mission-critical telecommunications platform.
Develop backend functionality using PHP and Laravel.
Build responsive web applications using Vue.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Troubleshoot complex application, data, workflow, and production issues.
Apply telecommunications domain expertise to translate operational requirements into reliable solutions.
Use GitLab for source control, merge requests, code reviews, releases, and issue management.
Safely enhance a mature application while maintaining backward compatibility and stability.
Conduct peer code reviews and validate development work through functional and regression testing.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, product owners, operations teams, and telecom SMEs.
Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and analysis.
Contribute to application modernization, technical-debt reduction, performance improvements, and architectural planning.
Support production releases and troubleshoot operational issues when required.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced Web Application Developers with strong Telecommunications domain knowledge and hands-on experience with modern web technologies., * Professional experience developing and supporting production web applications.

Strong telecommunications domain knowledge including telecom systems, terminology, operational processes, or network-service workflows.
Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
Experience with Vue.js and modern frontend development.
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Tailwind CSS or a similar utility-first framework.
Strong experience with GitLab, including repositories, branches, merge requests, and code reviews.
Ability to work with and safely enhance a large, mature, mission-critical application.
Experience using AI-assisted software development tools professionally.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience reviewing code and validating work delivered by other developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work primarily during Eastern or Central Time Zone business hours.
