Job description
We are seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst with strong expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) transaction mapping.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal business and IT teams, external trading partners, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to analyze, document, test, and implement EDI integration solutions supporting warehouse and logistics processes.
The role will focus on key WMS transactions, including 940, 945, 943, 944, 856, 997, and related EDI transaction sets., * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EDI integrations supporting warehouse and logistics processes.
- Analyze, map, and configure EDI transactions, including 940, 945, 943, 944, 856, and 997, for MAWM systems and trading partners.
- Develop functional specifications for EDI data mapping, transformations, and integration workflows.
- Work with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, EDI specialists, business stakeholders, and logistics partners to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow.
- Coordinate and participate in EDI testing, troubleshooting, validation, and issue resolution for inbound and outbound transactions.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, logistics teams, trading partners, and IT development teams.
- Document process flows, data mappings, use cases, business requirements, and integration scenarios.
- Monitor EDI transaction flows and proactively identify and resolve integration issues.
- Support go-live activities, post-implementation support, error resolution, and trading-partner onboarding.
- Ensure integration solutions align with warehouse, inventory, shipping, and supply chain business processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with EDI and WMS environments.

Strong understanding of X12 EDI standards and transaction sets, particularly:
- 940 - Warehouse Shipping Order
- 945 - Warehouse Shipping Advice
- 943 - Warehouse Stock Transfer Shipment Advice
- 944 - Warehouse Stock Transfer Receipt Advice
- 856 - Advance Shipping Notice (ASN)
- 997 - Functional Acknowledgment
Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) or comparable WMS platforms.
Experience with one or more WMS platforms such as Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, or Oracle WMS.
Strong ability to document data mapping specifications, functional requirements, and integration workflows.
Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations.
Experience working with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills., * Experience in retail, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations in addition to traditional EDI integrations.
- Understanding of ASNs, inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping workflows.
- Experience working with external trading partners and logistics providers.
- Bachelor’’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
