UX/UI Product Designer

1. Minimum two years of full-time-equivalent experience with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) specifically. General Salesforce or Marketing Cloud experience does not satisfy this.
2. At least one successfully completed project (fully implemented and operationally complete) normalizing roughly 200 flows into consistent UI patterns.
3. The candidate also has to meet the state’s UX/Interaction Designer classification: three or more years in digital design, user research, qualitative analysis and synthesis, and interaction design, plus a bachelor’s degree. Qualifying experience may substitute year for year for the degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer credential, copy required
• Two completed projects creating, maintaining, and governing a design system used by multiple independent development teams simultaneously
• IAAP CPACC or WAS accessibility certification, copy required
