Within R&I, the Global User Experience (UX) team contributes to the success of local business units today and tomorrow by delivering relevant, superior and unique user experiences through products, packaging and new services.

The Global User Experience team recruits a User eXperience Senior Data Manager & PMO - L8

Main mission: Within the Global UX Team, the senior data manager will translate the business needs into data science & analytical solutions, coordinate the data & digitalization roadmaps, orchestrate the governance (80%), manage key portfolio activities (20%).

About the job: (80%) Drive end-to-end data science projects, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic questions into scalable, high-impact models and analytical solutions to unlock business value.

Proactively identify and drive structural data needs, ensuring data quality, data harmonization, and support the team by providing technical and tactical support, and removing roadblocks.

Build robust, production-ready data pipelines and analytical frameworks in collaboration with data engineering and digital product teams.

Manage & coordinate the needs & technical solutions from the different data & digitalization roadmaps, including vendors strategy.

Lead the data governance.

Be the key contact and representative of the Global UX Team on data-related topics.

Support key data programs for Danone.

(20%) PMO UX Portfolio activities: i) Coordinate the CIR process for the Global UX Team, ii) Manage the portfolio tool (maintain, train the team, analyse), iii) Be part of the PMO community., With us, you will work in an exciting, complex and challenging environment. Requirements

Master’s or PhD in related fields (e.g., Data engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)

8+ years of experience in data engineering, back-end development. Experience in solution, data architecture implementing scalable systems, and data governance.

Strong business acumen with industry experience in leading projects of developping data application for business strategy, from data ingestion, structuration, transformation, pipeline development, data models, to analysis & visualization.

Experience in sensory science, consumer research, or food science/industry data is a plus.

Proficiency in programming language, preferably Python - experienced in Azur, Snowflake & Databricks. Experienced with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, R’Shiny, Streamlit…

You are fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify & explain complex analytical topics with (non)technical audiences.

Intellectual curiosity for problem-solving and passion for keeping up to date with current methodological developments in data science, AI and food science area.

Experienced in transversal management and able to navigate in a complex ecosystem.
