Software Engineer, Senior

Due to the continued growth of our development activities and the implementation of AI, our Infor LN Development Team is looking for an enthusiastic software engineer in Technology. Together with a multidisciplinary team of experienced colleagues, you will develop LN Studio, which is used to develop Infor LN products, while always keeping the customer’s perspective in mind. User-friendliness and product quality are always central. You will be involved in all aspects of the development process and will have room to develop professionally. The work location is Barneveld, where you will collaborate with both junior and experienced colleagues.

• Graduated from a university of applied sciences or university.
• Analytical skills and a clear focus on quality.
• Experience in software development, ideally within enterprise applications.
• Experience in programming languages Infor LN 4GL (or willingness to learn), Java, Eclipse plugins and AWS Kiro.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices., * Experience of enterprise security and performance tuning techniques.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains and practices.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
• Fluent in English; speaking Dutch is very welcome

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business-critical features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and using AI.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmap planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives around software performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing and code collaboration.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.
