underwriting team Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence on infrastructure limited partnership interests and their underlying company investments Develop a network of contacts in the infrastructure industry through deal negotiations, due diligence activities and attendance at industry conferences and fund sponsor annual meetings Prepare presentations to investors, firm partner group and counterparties Support deal team in transaction management, including negotiations with sellers and execution of closings Education/Experience Required:2-4 years’ experience in investment banking (Infra, Power & Utilities preferred but not required), Infrastructure, or secondaries principal investing, Infrastructure valuation or restructuring advisory servicesStrong analytical capabilities, financial analysis, writing and presentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modelingSuccessful candidates will have a proven track record of leadership skills, and a strong record of academic achievementDetail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a dynamic team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, and a professional, polished demeanourSelf-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to handle and thrive with increased independenceDisplays comfort in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty in dynamic and fast paced environmentDemonstrated ability to research and leverage available resources to accomplish the task at handPossesses good judgement and understanding when to solve issues independently vs. when to escalate to a senior team member Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field helpful but not requiredSecond European language will be considered positivelyReporting RelationshipsThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
