Experteer Overview In this role you will lead automation, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure initiatives to improve delivery, reliability, and efficiency across a growing tech environment. You will steer a DevOps team, collaborate with development teams on releases, and drive scalable, automated deployment practices. You’ll apply security and testing best practices while mentoring engineers and reporting DevOps metrics. This is a hands-on leadership position with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable systems in a hybrid on-site setting.
