Job description

Role summary: As a Data Analyst II, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques and business knowledge to support data-driven decision-making across multiple domains. This role involves identifying relevant data sources, ensuring data quality, and developing insightful visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges, support project delivery, and promote continuous improvement. The position requires proficiency in data governance, statistical analysis, and automation tools, contributing to the development and execution of actionable business recommendations aligned with organizational goals. About the team: The Digital Workforce team addresses key business challenges by developing AI-enabled solutions that accelerate product development through rapid prototyping. The team integrates expertise in data analytics, visualization, and strategy to transform complex data into actionable insights. Collaborating effectively, members identify optimal data sources, ensure data quality, and apply advanced analytical methods. Focused on continuous improvement, the team leverages cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful results aligned with business objectives, supporting informed decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. What you’ll do:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, correlations, and business insights supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using tools such as Python libraries, Tableau, or PowerBI to effectively communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Support data quality management by profiling, cleansing, and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in identifying appropriate data sources and applying statistical techniques to address business challenges.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support project activities aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, SAS, and SQL to support data exploration and model development.
  • Strong understanding of business domains including product, finance and technology to contextualize data insights.
  • Experience with data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure reliable data outputs.
  • Ability to develop and present clear data visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Python libraries to influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and automation techniques to enhance analytical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business decision-making.
