Logistics Systems Specialist

As our European operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Systems Specialist to help us build smarter, more efficient logistics processes across Europe.

Your role

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of logistics, technology, and data. You’ll help improve the systems and processes that support our European logistics operations and work closely with IT, business teams, compounds, and logistics partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digital solutions
• Translating business needs into practical system and process improvements
• Analyzing logistics processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Supporting UAT, issue resolution, and system rollouts
• Monitoring logistics KPIs and using data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Developing reports and dashboards and ensuring data quality
• Supporting operational teams with system, process, and data-related topics

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, business systems, or digitalization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, or similar tools is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with systems such as TMS, WMS, SAP, CRM, or MES is a plus
• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across countries and functions
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and an interest in improving the way things work
