Job description

Gérer les installations, configurations et mises à jour des postes utilisateurs (salle de réunion)

  • Participer aux déploiements (migrations, renouvellements de parc, masterisation).
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs et délivrer une assistance personnalisée.
  • Renseigner les interventions dans l’outil de ticketing.

Requirements

Formation en informatique (Bac +2 ou équivalent).Première expérience réussie en support informatique de proximité.Excellente communication, sens du service et autonomie.Connaissance des environnements Windows, Office 365, Active Directory.Anglais courant (écrit et oral).
