We are currently building a talent pool of future technical professionals for data center operations and artificial intelligence infrastructure environments in France. These opportunities will cover on-site data center implementation, project delivery support, and operations and maintenance roles.

Areas of Interest

We are currently focusing on two main types of profiles:

1. Operations & Maintenance Expert Roles

Suitable for professionals with relevant experience in data centers, cloud platforms, critical infrastructure, electromechanical facilities, multi-site operations and maintenance, or on-site technical support. Areas include:

· Data Center IT Operations & Maintenance · Facilities / Electromechanical / Critical Facilities Operations · Security / EHS / Compliance · Asset Management and Lifecycle Management · General Operations / Multi-site Operations Coordination · Automation and Controls (BMS / EMS) · Testing & Validation / Commissioning · TPM · Data Center IT / Infrastructure Project Delivery

1. On-site Support Roles (Junior and Mid-level)

Suitable for candidates with relevant backgrounds in electrical work, electromechanical systems, low-voltage systems, cabling, network equipment, automation, equipment maintenance, IT hardware installation, and project implementation. Areas include:

· Data Center Installation and Implementation · Structured Cabling / Low Voltage / Fiber Optics · Network Equipment Installation · On-site Data Center Technical Support · Junior Project Delivery Engineer · Onsite Team Lead · Field Service, etc.

We also welcome final-year students, recent graduates, and interns from relevant technical schools and vocational institutions to join our talent pool. Alternance is not currently available.

· Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial operations, or technical on-site environments · Technical experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, cooling, UPS, generators, BMS / EMS, and related systems · Experience in IT equipment, network equipment, hardware installation, and on-site technical support · Strong problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility, and strong on-site execution capabilities · Experience working with vendors, service providers, or cross-functional teams is a plus · Experience in team leadership or independently taking ownership of relevant functions is a plus · Fluent English is required; Mandarin Chinese and French is a plus
