Job description

We are recruiting a Data Officer to join a busy Asset Management team, where you’ll play an important role in ensuring property and asset information is accurate, accessible and supports strategic decision-making.

Working closely with colleagues across the property and asset functions, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality data, producing reports, analysing trends and helping the organisation make informed investment and compliance decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to make a real impact within a forward-thinking organisation., * Maintain and update asset and property management databases.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and quality of asset data.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards and performance information.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support asset management, investment planning and compliance activities.
  • Work with colleagues to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  • Assist with data validation, cleansing and quality assurance exercises.
  • Ensure information is managed in line with organisational policies and relevant legislation.

Requirements

You’ll be highly organised, analytical and enjoy working with large volumes of information. Accuracy and attention to detail will be second nature to you.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a data-focused or information management role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to produce meaningful reports and present data clearly.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Experience within social housing, property, asset management or construction would be advantageous but is not essential.
