Job description
As a Senior Node.js Developer , you will make an impact by designing and developing scalable healthcare applications and integration solutions that support critical business and clinical processes. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver secure, high-performing cloud-native solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and microservices architecture.
- Build and support healthcare data integrations using HL7 FHIR R4 standards, including resource modeling and validation.
- Develop scalable and secure cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.
- Integrate healthcare claims and eligibility workflows through exposure to X12 EDI transactions, including 837, 835, and 270/271 transaction sets.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures .
- Experience building and deploying applications on AWS .
- Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4 , including resource modeling, validation, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Exposure to X12 EDI transactions , including claims (837/835) and eligibility transactions (270/271).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and integration platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in agile development environments.
These will help you stand out
- Experience within the healthcare or payer/provider domain.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and data security practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with high-volume transaction processing.
