Job description
As a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between an existing Azure control plane and new client environments in GCP. Working alongside a Solution Architect, you will ensure secure-by-default deployments that strictly separate management actions from sensitive client data.
Tech Stack
Core Stack: GCP (Resource Hierarchy, IAM, VPC Service Controls), GKE, Azure (Management Groups, Azure Policy, Lighthouse), Terraform, Flux, GitOps.
Other Technologies:
- Backend/Infrastructure: AWS (Organizations, Control Tower, SCPs).
- Observability: Grafana, Telegraf, Prometheus.
- Security: Cloud KMS, Azure Key Vault, CMEK/CMK.
- AI/Data: Vector stores, Managed Inference Endpoints (GenAI/RAG).
- Databases: Object Storage, Cache.
What You’ll Do
- Engineer GCP Landing Zones: Stand up secure, policy-enforced client-plane environments and connect them to the Azure control plane.
- Implement Multi-Cloud Governance: Author organization policies and guardrails to enable management while prohibiting unauthorized data access.
- Automate Infrastructure: Own the end-to-end delivery of client resources using Terraform and Flux-driven GitOps pipelines.
- Architect Cross-Cloud Telemetry: Deploy metadata-only logging using Grafana and Telegraf to ensure observability without data exfiltration.
- Define Integration Standards: Establish networking and security prerequisites for client onboarding and support incident response across environments.
- Scale Multi-Tenant Patterns: Refine repeatable deployment models for GKE and managed AI services across diverse client tenants.
Requirements
- Expert-level GCP experience (Org Policy Service, VPC Service Controls, and Resource Hierarchy).
- Proven track record in multi-tenant/multi-client cloud deployments for regulated industries.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform and GitOps (Flux or ArgoCD) for production environments.
- Solid working knowledge of Azure (Lighthouse and Policy) to facilitate cross-cloud integration.
- Deep understanding of data residency, sovereignty, and security encryption (CMEK/CMK)., * Google Cloud Platform: 5 years (required)
Benefits & conditions

- Large freedom and real influence
- No unhealthy competition, team approach to meeting challenges
- Remote-first, flexible working culture
