About Apollo

Apollo is the AI-powered go-to-market platform that helps revenue teams find, engage, and convert their best customers. We combine a database of more than 210 million contacts and 35 million companies with an agentic end-to-end GTM platform, and more than 500,000 companies rely on us to run their go-to-market motion. We are profitable, growing fast, and rebuilding the product around AI and agents.

Your role and mission

You will design, build, and scale significant systems and features, owning them end-to-end. You will take on ambiguous, higher-scope problems, make the key technical tradeoffs, and be accountable for the correctness, performance, and reliability of what you own.

What you will do

  • Own significant systems and features end-to-end, from design through production and operation
  • Break down hard, ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes
  • Own the reliability, performance, and cost of the systems you are responsible for
  • Partner across product, design, and engineering to solve problems that span teams
  • Raise the quality bar and set patterns that make the people around you more effective

How we work: AI-native by default

You treat AI-assisted development as a core part of how you work. You use agents to move faster on design, investigation, and implementation, with clear judgment about where to review closely, and you look for ways AI raises the leverage of the whole team., At Apollo, we’re driven by a shared mission: to help our customers unlock their full revenue potential. That’s why we take extreme ownership of our work, move with focus and urgency, and learn voraciously to stay ahead.

We invest deeply in your growth, ensuring you have the resources, support, and autonomy to own your role and make a real impact. Collaboration is at our core-we’re all for one, meaning you’ll have a team across departments ready to help you succeed. We encourage bold ideas and courageous action, giving you the freedom to experiment, take smart risks, and drive big wins.

If you’re looking for a place where your work matters, where you can push boundaries, and where your career can thrive-Apollo is the place for you.
