Manager, Workday Financials

Functional Ownership: Own the configuration design and implementation of core and specialty modules (e.g., Ledger, Accounting Center, P2P, or Project & Billing).

Hands-on Configuration: Drive complex functional configuration tasks, custom business processes, and validation activities.

Client Management: Lead functional workshops, coordinate client data-mapping activities, and manage day-to-day workstream deadlines.

Team Coordination: Act as the first line of review for configuration quality built by Senior Consultants and Consultants.

Experience: 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.

Certifications: Partner-level Workday Financials Core and at least one specialty module certification (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Projects, or Accounting Center).

Key Skills: Strong hands-on configuration capability, robust functional design skills, and workstream planning.
