Senior Power Platform Specialist

• Lead Power Platform engagements end to end, from scoping the problem with the customer through to solution design, build, and live support
• Design and build canvas and model-driven apps on Dataverse
• Set up Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, and the CoE Starter Kit
• Rescue and improve apps that are not scaling effectively
• Automate processes with Power Automate across SharePoint, Dataverse, and line-of-business systems
• Build Copilot Studio agents and clearly explain their strengths and limitations to customers
• Act as the escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 specialists and review solutions before they reach customers
• Write clear and proper documentation
• Lead customer workshops and mentor less experienced team members
• Contribute influence over how we deliver, not just what we deliver

We are Vantage 365 Consultancy, one of four specialist Microsoft companies trading under the Vantage 365 brand alongside Training, Support, and Recruitment. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner based in the West Midlands, building Power Platform solutions for organisations including a global law firm, a film distributor, a construction testing business, and a sports wellbeing charity. This is a hybrid role with three days a week in Brierley Hill and customer site visits as needed. • Several years of hands-on Power Platform delivery with a track record of leading projects
• Deep practical experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Solid working knowledge of Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Power BI, and how the platform sits inside Microsoft 365
• Real understanding of ALM, including solutions, environments, deployment pipelines, and source control
• The judgement to tell a customer when Power Platform is the wrong answer
• Excellent written English
• The confidence to lead customer workshops and the patience to mentor less experienced colleagues
• A growth mindset: we welcome feedback, are comfortable saying we do not know, and go and find out
• Relevant certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 are welcome; we will support you to achieve them if you have the experience
• Ability to commute to Brierley Hill and work in the UK
