Training Lead (SAP/Success Factors)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Training Lead to support a major HR Transformation programme and SuccessFactors implementation. This role will be responsible for ensuring end users are fully prepared for go-live through the creation, delivery, and support of high-quality training and adoption activities., Review, quality assure, and refine SuccessFactors training materials. Deliver engaging training sessions to end users and stakeholder groups. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business readiness. Drive user adoption and resolve training-related queries. Provide go-live and hypercare support. Collaborate with project, change, HR, and system integration teams. Identify user challenges and recommend additional training and support interventions.

Strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and implementation experience. Proven track record delivering training within transformation or technology programmes. Experience supporting UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
