Seven Resourcing is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a housing asset management improvement programme in Harlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a data professional with strong analytical, reporting and data quality experience to contribute to a major data cleansing and improvement project.
The successful candidate will work alongside the lead analyst and wider project team, helping to improve the quality and accuracy of housing asset data while monitoring project activity, identifying risks and ensuring actions remain on track.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the review, cleansing and improvement of data held within the housing asset management system. Alongside your analytical responsibilities, you will help coordinate project activity and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, actions and outstanding work.
This position would suit someone who is confident working with complex datasets and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Support a major data cleansing and improvement programme relating to the housing asset management system.
- Analyse, validate and cleanse housing and asset-related data to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with the lead analyst and project stakeholders to identify data quality issues and support their resolution.
- Track project milestones, actions, risks, dependencies and key deliverables.
- Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up outstanding actions and highlight potential delays, risks or areas requiring additional attention.
- Assist with project coordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Produce clear and accurate analytical reports to support project decision-making.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data management and reporting processes.
Requirements
We are looking for a methodical and analytical professional who can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You should have:
- Previous experience working as a Data Analyst, ideally within housing, asset management, public sector or a similar environment.
- Strong experience in data analysis, data quality and reporting.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience using analytical or reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience working with asset management or housing data systems, such as MRI Asset Management or Orchard, would be highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Experience tracking milestones, risks, actions and dependencies.
- The confidence to challenge project leads and follow up on outstanding actions where required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to explain data and project information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team., * Data Analyst: 1 year (required)
- MRI Asset Management or Orchard: 1 year (preferred)
