Job description
Beltservice Corporation is currently hiring for a fully onsite Senior F&O Business Analyst based out of our Earth City, MO Headquarters. This role serves as the primary liaison between business operations and the IT development team, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, manufacturing processes, supply chain execution, production control, inventory, warehouse management, master data, and Experlogix Configurator support. This individual will also collaborate closely with Beltservice’s DevOps and Experlogix Developer teams to guide configuration, customization, testing, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives., ERP Functional Leadership
- Serve as the functional owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Manufacturing, Production Control, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, and related business processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate requirements, optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead ERP governance efforts including configuration management, workflows, security, reporting, and master data stewardship.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, automation, and user adoption.
Product Configuration & Business Solutions
- Serve as the functional lead for Experlogix Configurator or similar CPQ/product configuration platforms.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT teams to develop and support product models, configuration rules, BOMs, routings, pricing logic, and ERP integrations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and partner with development teams to deliver enhancements and custom solutions.
ERP Implementation and M&A Integration
- Lead ERP implementation and integration activities for acquisitions, new business entities, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Conduct business process assessments, requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, testing, user training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and maintain repeatable implementation methodologies, templates, and governance standards that support successful ERP deployments across the organization.
Leadership, Training, & Continuous Improvement
- Lead cross-functional workshops, testing activities, process improvement initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, and knowledge resources that support long-term business adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and provide functional expertise across manufacturing, supply chain, digital transformation, and ERP-related initiatives., * ERP Functional Leadership (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).

Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional experience in D365 F&O within a manufacturing or distribution environment, with hands-on knowledge of production, inventory, warehouse, procurement, BOMs, routes, item master data, reporting, testing, and business process improvement. Experience working with a product configurator, CPQ, Experlogix, or similar configuration platform is strongly preferred., * Get it Done - Complete the task at hand with minimal supervision. Be a team player who is self-sufficient. Solve problems with a can-do attitude. Be positive and “all-in” when doing your job., * 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
- Strong functional expertise in Production Control, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Product Information Management, and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, business integrations, data migrations, and organizational change initiatives.
- Experience with product configurators, CPQ platforms, or configurable manufacturing solutions such as Experlogix.
- Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, production orders, item master data, inventory planning, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing business solutions, supporting development teams, and leading user acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, integrations, APIs, and enterprise data management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
PREFERRED
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
- Experience in engineered-to-order, configure-to-order, or distribution-based manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading ERP integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions.
- Advanced experience designing or maintaining Experlogix Configurator models, rules, BOMs, routings, pricing logic, and F&O integrations.
