Job description

Analyze and optimize Customer Management business processes.

Design and implement solutions using SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA Customer Management, and SAP CX.
Develop and customize SAP solutions using SAP UI5, ABAP, and ABAP Objects.
Translate business requirements into innovative functional and technical SAP solutions.
Participate in large-scale, long-term digital transformation projects within the public sector.
Collaborate closely with customers in remote and on-site project environments when required.
Grow professionally into roles such as Project Lead, Team Lead, IT Architect, Product Owner, or Account Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP CRM and/or SAP S/4HANA Customer Management.

Strong programming skills in SAP ABAP and ABAP Objects.
Experience implementing and developing SAP Customer Management solutions.
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable technical qualification.
Strong analytical thinking and passion for transforming customer requirements into efficient SAP solutions.
Excellent communication skills with a structured and independent working style.
German language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).

Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP CX solutions.
Previous experience in digital transformation or public sector projects.
Knowledge of SAP UI5 development.
