Cash Desk Supervisor - Cash & Guest Experience Lead

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Cash Desk Manager to oversee cash handling operations in our onboard casino or shipboard environment, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise an international team, count cash and coins, operate coin counters and 10-key machines, and apply HR policies; high school or equivalent preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as is knowledge of Excel and Word and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
