Associate Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)

We’re an early-stage, Munich-based startup building an AI-powered digital assistant for B2B sales teams. Our product automates the administrative burden of sales work - from meeting preparation and real-time note-taking (without audio recording, fully GDPR-compliant) to CRM updates and follow-up management - so sales professionals can focus on what they do best: selling., * Learn from and support founding engineers on real, high-impact product work.

• Contribute to core features across Web, Desktop, Mobile, and backend services.
• Receive direct mentorship from senior technical leaders.
• Participate in product and architecture discussions from day one.
• Take on greater ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate your strengths.

Required:

• Solid foundation in TypeScript and modern React.

Strongly preferred:

• Demonstrable experience in one or more of: mobile (Swift), desktop (Electron/React), or Web (React/Node.js, REST/WebSockets).
• Proven track record delivering features that span multiple platforms (Web, Desktop Electron/React, and Mobile Swift) within a single product.
• Comfort working in GitHub-based teams with code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience participating in early-stage product discussions and influencing architectural or technical decisions.
• Active contributor to open-source projects, or a strong portfolio of side projects and extracurricular technical initiative.
• Strong CS fundamentals; a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where the roadmap evolves quickly.
• Willingness to work from our Munich, Germany office in a hybrid arrangement (on-site presence is required as part of this role)., * 0-3 years of experience is the target range - this is an ideal role for a strong early-career engineer who wants to grow fast in a high-ownership environment.
